Fish Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. baby shrimp
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. cottage cheese
    dash of seafood seasoning
Preparation
    In blender, place cottage cheese, lemon juice and seasoning. Blend until smooth.
    Using either cherry tomatoes, halved or mushroom caps, green pepper wedges or celery sticks, place shrimp on vegetable and spoon cottage cheese mixture over shrimp. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
