Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, defrost and drain
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. minced scallions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute the scallions in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add spinach and stir over low heat to dry excess water and condiments.
    Taste for enough seasoning.
