Apple-Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 medium red apples, cut into 1/8-inch wedges
    4 c. finely chopped white cabbage
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. each parsley and nuts
Preparation
    Pour fruit juices over apples.
    Add cabbage and mix lightly. Mix mayo, applesauce, horseradish and mustard.
    Pour over apples and cabbage and mix carefully.
    Sprinkle top with parsley and nuts.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
