Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt
    chocolate
    and
    butter in saucepan over low heat; cool slightly.
    Beat
    eggs
    slightly,
    then gradually beat in sugar and continue
    beating
    for
    2
    to
    3 minutes.
    Blend in chocolate mixture.
    Stir in flour, then add vanilla and nuts. Spread in
    a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 to
    35 minutes.
    Cool; cut in squares or bars.
    Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
