Country Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo (room temperature)
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling (can use other kind)
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Reserve 1 cup of batter. Spread remaining batter in greased or pan sprayed jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling on batter. Drop remaining batter on top of filling. Carefully spread (with spatula) batter so that the drops slightly touch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. You can check top with toothpick in center of pan for doneness. Let cool.
