Diabetic Date Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. chopped dates
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and egg.
    Add sweetener and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Add dates and nuts.
    Pour into buttered loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
