Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Chill evaporated milk in freezer tray until crystals form around edge.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; chill until partially thickened.
Beat cheese well with a fork; add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Whip chilled milk until stiff.
Fold in gelatin and then cheese mixture.
Mix butter with graham cracker crumbs; spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan and pour mixture over this. Yield:
12 servings.
