Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. hash brown potatoes, fried
1 small onion, diced
1/2 stick oleo
1 can cream mushroom, diluted
1 small carton sour cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Melt oleo in pan.
Add onions and cook until lightly brown. Add potatoes and stir.
Heat thoroughly.
Empty this in greased casserole dish.
Mix with soup and sour cream, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes.
Cover top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Add onion rings and bake 10 minutes more with lid.
