Mississippi Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, corn meal and salt.
    Add butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Yield: 1 (9-inch) pie.
