Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, peeled and diced
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 tsp. butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Core and dice apples.
    In a large bowl of mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    In bowl, sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine egg and flour mixtures.
    Stir in apples and nuts.
    Batter will be thick. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
