Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook celery in margarine for a few minutes.
Stir in flour and blend thoroughly.
Stir in broth and milk and cook until smooth and thick.
Season to taste with salt.
Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
