Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn and whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cracker crumbs, rolled
1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for about 1 hour.
