Ajide Gallina(Chicken With Yellow Hot Pepper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. aji amarillo (yellow hot pepper from Spanish specialty store)
    1 loaf white bread
    milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken breast halves
    white rice
    boiled potatoes, halved
Preparation
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven, place chicken and fill with water. Boil until chicken is white and falling off bone.
    Remove chicken and reserve water.
    Remove skin and bones from chicken and shred chicken.
