Meatballs(Party Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 slices white bread
    3/4 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    shortening for frying
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Have meat ground together 2 or 3 times.
    Crumble bread and add milk.
    Stir to blend until it is of paste like consistency. Combine with meat in mixing bowl and add seasonings and eggs.
    Beat and stir with wooden spoon until stiff.
    Dip out rounded teaspoonfuls and roll between hands into 1-inch balls.
    Place on waxed paper for about 1/2 hour to dry.
    Brown balls in 1/2-inch hot shortening.
    Put in single layer in baking dish.
    Add bouillon and bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until most of the broth is absorbed.
