Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, Eagle Brand milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
    Mix all ingredients good. Pour into pie shells and cook in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Take out and let cool before serving.
