Baked Ribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs or country-style ribs
    4 c. undrained sauerkraut
    2 tart apples, peeled and chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut ribs into small pieces.
    In large frypan, brown ribs.
    Drain fat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
