Polish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, sliced
2 c. onions sliced
fresh or dried dill
fresh or dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. milk
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Simply alternate layers of sliced potato and onion; season each layer.
Top with butter, dill and parsley.
Pour milk over top.
Bake 45 minutes in oven or 20 minutes in microwave.
May be served with sour cream and extra dill.
