Oven Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
    Shape into balls using a tablespoon.
    Put into a baking dish.
    Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water in a bowl.
    Pour over the meatballs.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
