Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
    1/4 c. fat
    2 c. tomatoes or tomato juice
    1 onion
    3 carrots, diced
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. canned peas
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour and salt.
    Brown in 1/4 cup fat.
    Add onion and vegetables.
    Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
