Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Grease pie pan and sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onion. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over ingredients in pie pan and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
