Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
Add oil and carrots.
Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan about 45 minutes.
