Beef Tips And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) stew meat, cut into small pieces
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in butter.
    Add salt and pepper, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Pour on 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook until tender.
    When done, make a gravy using the flour and 1/2 cup water.
    Pour gravy over beef.
    Serve over rice.
