Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    3 c. Minute rice
    1/8 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Fry chicken in large skillet until almost done.
    Add onion and garlic to chicken.
    Put chopped broccoli and mushroom with chicken and steam for 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice and season with soy sauce.
