Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Boil sugar, cinnamon and milk, stirring constantly until mixture reaches a soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat and add 2 cups pecans and vanilla.
Stir until all nuts are well coated. Drop individually on waxed paper.
