Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
 
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (9 oz.) carton sour cream
10 oz. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then top with 2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
 
Bake 1 hour at 150\u00b0.
