Mango Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
3 Tbsp. cilantro
3 Tbsp. lime juice
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Serve as a relish for grilled fish or as a dip for chips.
