Hot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. shredded cabbage
3 c. prepared mustard
3 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3 c. shredded carrots
3 chopped onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 hot peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and cook for 20 minutes from the time that mixture starts to boil.
Stir often.
Put in jars and seal tightly.
