Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. water chestnuts
5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
juice of 1 lemon
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 c. sliced almonds
potato chips
Preparation

Boil chicken and dice.
Mix all together.
Put in baking dish(es).
Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Can add 1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth for moisture, if needed.
Serves 15, but can make 1/2 recipe to serve 8 or 2/3 recipe to serve 10.
