Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. Minute rice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bring broccoli to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
While broccoli is cooking, mix 2 cans of soup with one cup of rice and two cups of water.
Put soup mixture in a casserole dish and spread evenly.
Lay broccoli on top of soup mixture.
Lay chicken breasts on top of broccoli.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil and punch several holes in the foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately one hour.
When meat is done, sprinkle cheese over chicken and return to oven (uncovered) for 5 minutes.
