Hawaiian Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 carton fresh mushrooms
    onion chunks
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Pour mixture into shallow dish.
    Add chicken, tossing gently to coat.
    Cover and marinate at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, stirring mixture occasionally.
