Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 stick margarine
    3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. soft margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour and 1 stick margarine with softened cream cheese. Mix well until dough consistency.
    Chill for one hour.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place with fingertip into tart pan.
    Press with finger.
    Set aside.
