Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
14 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 3/4 c. flour
colored sprinkles or crystal sugar decorations
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add flour a little at a time to mix. Mixture will be crumbly.
Spread onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar decorations to cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until edges get golden brown.
Let cool.
Cut into 4 x 2-inch strips (approximately).
Yields 15 to 20 servings.
