A Different Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine liquid mixture and add dry ingredients.
    Bake in well-greased and floured 9 x 13 pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool for 1 hour.
