Left Over Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or 4 slices bacon
    2 c. croutons
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    any left over vegetables
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet or fry bacon.
    Add croutons. Brown and season as desired.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add leftover vegetables.
    Heat thoroughly and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serves 4 to 6 people.
