Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. coconut (shredded or flaked)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 stick butter, melted
    dash of salt
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
