King Ranch Chicken(Student Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. corn tortillas, cut or torn into bite sized pieces
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
1 can each: tomatoes with green chiles (Ro-Tel), cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix tomatoes and soups.
Cook chicken and chop.
Alternate layers of tortillas, chopped chicken, cheese, chopped onions and the soup mixture.
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until heated and the cheese is melted.
