Eggplant A La Chance - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant, sliced
    olive oil
    salt
    garlic salt
    salami or pepperoni, thinly sliced
    sliced Provolone cheese
    spaghetti sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown eggplant in olive oil on both sides.
    Sprinkle with salt and garlic salt.
    In greased casserole, alternate layers of eggplant, pepperoni, Provolone and spaghetti sauce.
    top with sauce and sprinkle Parmesan over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes until warm through.
