Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. boiling water
    8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
Preparation
    Choose stew meat; cook in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add onions and cook for 2 hours.
    Then add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, flour, ketchup and vinegar.
    Pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture.
    Cook noodles.
    Now alternating in layers the noodles and meat mixture, place in casserole dish and bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
