Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with sugar, salt and melted butter.
Stir in flour and milk.
When ready to use, add well beaten egg whites. Melt a little butter in a pan.
Spoon a little batter in.
Bake until brown.
Makes 25 to 30 cakes.
