Mock Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Preparation

Cook flour and milk until thick.
Let this cool completely. Beat until creamy the Crisco, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Combine the two mixtures and beat until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
Excellent on devil's food cake.
