Ingredients

1 (8-inch) angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch squares
1 (No. 2) can (2 c.) strawberry pie filing or any filling of your choice
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Put half cake squares in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spoon pie filling over cake.
Top with remaining cake squares.
Combine pudding, milk and sour cream and beat until smooth.
Spoon over cake.
Chill several hours.
Cut into squares.
Makes 9 servings.
