Chinese Fried Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef or pork
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. water or stock
1 tsp. pale dry sherry
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
1/2 lb. wonton skins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except wonton skins together in a medium bowl.
Place dough wrapper on dumpling press, put filling in center, moisten edges with water and egg mixture and press closed to seal.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown or steam until meat is cooked.
