Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 stick butter
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine crackers and melted butter.
Add crab meat and remaining ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat.
Shape into \"cakes\" and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown. Serves 4 to 6.
