Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Cover and simmer.
If on dry side, add a small amount of water.
Split hamburger buns and butter.
Add meat on bottom half of bun, topping with Mozzarella cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese melts and top of plain buttered bun is browned.
