Rainbow Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags rainbow rotelli
    1 to 1 1/2 red onions, sliced
    1 bunch broccoli flowerets
    1 large can chopped olives
    8 oz. cubed Mozzarella cheese
    1 sliced red bell pepper
    1 large bottle garlic Parmesan dressing
    1 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 jar artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Cook pasta per package.
    Rinse with cold water; toss ingredients.
    Chill at least 4 hours before serving, preferably overnight.
    Serves 18.
