Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat cream cheese
    2 whole scallions, finely minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 garlic clove, finely minced
    1 drop hot pepper sauce
    24 thin slices French bread
    1 1/2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
    fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions, dill, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and red pepper until well blended.
    Cover and refrigerate about 20 minutes.
    Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
    Top each with 2 to 3 cucumber slices and garnish with dill sprigs.
    Arrange on platter.
    Keep refrigerated up to 8 hours before use.
    Serves 10 to 12.
