Chili Sauce(Makes 12 To 14 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 medium tomatoes, skins removed
    6 c. chopped celery
    7 red hot peppers, chopped
    1 pt. white vinegar
    3 c. chopped onions
    2 large green peppers
    3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes.
    Remove some water.
    Add other vegetables and cook until tender, not mushy.
    Put sauce into sterile hot jars one at a time.
    Clean top of jar; put flat and ring on the jar and allow to cool.
