Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add spices to the flour and fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in tube pan (greased).
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
