Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket roast
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    liquid smoke
    2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket roast with celery salt, garlic salt and liquid smoke.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, 1 tablespoon liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and pour over brisket.
    Seal foil.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
    Allow to cool, then slice.
