Cheesy Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    30 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    8 oz. spaghetti noodles
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and chopped onion in skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Break spaghetti in quarters and cook according to directions.
    Rinse and drain.
    Mix cooked spaghetti and sauce.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Add evaporated milk and water.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese.
